On February 27, 2019, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel formally notified SCWorx Corp. (the “Company”) that, as a result of the closing of the SCWorx acquisition on February 1, 2019:
| · | The Company had met all of the applicable Nasdaq initial listing standards for inclusion on The Nasdaq Stock Market, as well as the terms of the Hearing’s Panel’s decision dated November 9, 2018, as modified on November 28, 2019 |
| · | That the Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications staff has confirmed the compliance determination |
| · | The Hearings Panel has determined to continue the listing of the Company’s securities on The Nasdaq Stock Market and is closing this matter |
