Note 9. Subsequent Events In November 2017, the Company completed a private placement of 390,000 units at $1.25 per unit for approximately $488,000 in aggregate. Each unit consists of one restricted share of AMMA common stock and a warrant to acquire one-half share of common stock at an exercise price of $1.75 per whole share. |
