Note 4. Related Party Transactions
At December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company had amounts due to officers in the amount of $149,838.
During September 2021, the Company’s former CEO (also a significant shareholder) advanced $100,000 in cash to the Company for short term capital requirements. This amount is non-interest bearing and payable upon demand. The Company had balances of $67,622 included in stockholder advance on the Company’s consolidated balance sheets as of December 31, 2024 and 2023.
Between January 18, 2024 and July 11, 2024, the Company’s CFO advanced an aggregate $128,479 in cash to the Company for short term capital requirements. As of December 31, 2024, all advanced amounts have been repaid.
